Welcome

Hello I'm Adam Hart-Davis.

Welcome to my website.

I am a freelance writer, photographer, and broadcaster on radio and television. To find out more about me and what I do, use the links above.

Recent projects and things in the pipeline.....

To celebrate 100 years of home innovation, I have joined forces with The Ideal Home Show to launch ‘Innovation Nation’, a nationwide search for the ‘Home Invention of the Year’. Please make sure, however, that you don't lose out on your Intellectual Property rights.

My latest television series - Just Another Day - was broadcast on the History Channel in September. See my In The Press page for the Daily Telegraph review and TV page for details of the programme.

My latest book, The Cosmos - A Beginner's Guide, was published on 21st June and the BBC2 series of the same name ran for six weeks from Tuesday 7th August. See my TV and Books pages for more details.

I also acted as editorial consultant for the vast new history book published by Dorling Kindersley. Full details can be found on my Books page. There's also a review from The Times and an article I've written regarding the book in Local History Magazine.

My series How London was built was shown on ITV London last November and repeated on the History Channel. See my TV page for further details.

I have two other books that have recently been published - Just Another Day and Taking the Piss. See my Books page for more details.

I write frequent articles for newspapers and magazines; many are printed on my Articles page and also fronted the HMRC 'Tax doesn't have to be taxing campaign'.
